What a fun flavor we've made. We incorporated white with a authentic homemade process. It's a very subtle and fine texture with a light citrus and fruit flavors. This pasta is great with seafood, just follow the Shrimp Scampi recipe on the back of the package. Does not contain alcohol. Each 12 oz. bag is hand packed in clear "stand on shelf" bag, and recipe on the back of the package.
